We were prepared to stay the night at the timbercrest inn, but after 4 hours...we left!!!! First off, I had specifically asked for pet friendly room to which I was told there would be a10$ fee. When we arrived, it was 30$ and I was told to go elsewhere if I didn't like it. Lucky room#10 is the one we... More

There was dried blood on the toilet seat, so we brought it to the attention of management. At first, the lady was very sympathetic, acknowledged the mistake, and vowed to have it cleaned up while we were out for the day. She urged us to contact her immediately if something like that arose again. We came back home at 11pm... More

When I book a budget motel, I don't expect much, and sometime you find a nice mom and pop run motel. This was a DUMP! About the only thing it had was clean looking sheets and towels. I booked it on Expedia for $99/night. The motel is DYING! Problems included: 1)front door did not close properly, 2)carpet was dirty, 3)bathroom... More

When we first arrived and identified ourselves, the very pleasant woman at the front desk was obviously expecting us, and had our paperwork immediately at hand. She was very nice to deal with. The room was spacious and well-equipped. In addition to the comfy bed and nice linens, there was a small table and chairs, and the typical hotel credenza... More

Our room was clean. That is all that can be said for it. Not worth the $75 per night. They should be paying anyone who stays here. Uncomfortable beds, soap dispenser in the shower?! No hair dryer and since there were 2 of us - we got 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. No extras here -... More

Long story short, the Best Western was sold out and I was tired of driving on what was the last leg of our 3-week long roadtrip. From the outside it was like "Yeah, yeah, this is no chain hotel, but I am sure it's fine." And for your absolute basic needs, it was. But come on, a person sort of... More

By far, the worst motel in all of Oregon. My room had mold growing in the bathroom, no alarm clock, and breakfast was a joke. If you have an opportunity to stay here, you'd probably have a better time in a dumpster behind the truck stop.

We ran out of steam riding our motorcycles through from California and unfortunately for us this was the only place that Ed could find. Greasy desk clerk, grungy, old room. People partying next door to us and the clerks room. ( think it might have been friends of his). Lousy " breakfast". Up all night with noise from road and... More

My wife made reservations and got a confirmation number. $89.00. When we checked in our rate had changed. When we complained they took the key away and gave us a new key for another room. They then told us the "new" room would be $89.00. I asked what the difference was in the 2 rooms. She said "the carpet". I... More

Desk clerk rude. We were charged $10 more than quoted over the phone when I made the reservation. She would not budge off the higher rate. Air conditioner sufficient but had no knob for temperature control. There were two of the tiniest bars of soap I have ever seen in the bathroom and one small packet of shampoo. Only half... More
