I am originally from Bend area so I may be more optimistic then the non locals :) I enjoyed staying here. The cabin is what I expected; fire stove for heating and you have to chop your own wood, rustic decor, good furniture, good working fridge and stove/oven, comfy beds and close to the lake. It was nice to be... More

While visiting the surrounding areas we decided to stop here for lunch. I am truly disappointed in how horrible the meal was because the location of this restaurant is truly convenient and the place was beautiful. I was also very happy that they allowed us to sit out in the deck with our dogs. However, the two lunches we had... More

We tried eating at the lodge when visiting the Paulina lake resort. We had no idea what to expect but the lunch was pretty good. We all enjoyed the varied soups -- corn with bacon and roasted red pepper. Our food for a family of 4 came to $60.00 not cheap but the food was good and there aren't many... More

Maybe a hamburger and fries in this beautiful location would be fine, but we took out of country visitors up for dinner, without having tried the restaurant first. :( Food was not good. We each ordered three different dinners and they were all bad. Pot roast you couldn't chew, beef ribs that were giant pieces of fat, and fish and... More

The area itself is georgeous. The rust in the sinks and toilet didn't really bother me and the coffee pot and refridgerator worked fine. We did not cook. Some powdered cream and sugar would have been nice to have, as their little store closes at 7:00 and the restaurant closes at 9:00. Our bed was really comfortable. Although the restaurant... More

I did not stay at this property... however, I did recently eat lunch there at the lodge with my Wife and Mother-In-Law. The day was absolutely beautiful... the views to the lake were incredible. What more could you ask for? In short, better service than pure indifference. The waitress came to impatiently take out order in between yelling at her... More

PLEASE read my review BEFORE you book. Before we booked our trip I read through the reviews on this site and I took it all with a grain of salt. Every year my parents, my husband and myself rent a cabin at Odell Lake Lodge for a week. Odell's cabins are indeed rustic. They are older cabins furnished with older... More

What a beautiful place to visit! The owners go out of their way to make your trip pleasurable. We rented one of the small cabins and it was very rustic and cozy.. keep the fire raoring as its cold in January!! Great dinner and lunch at the lodge and the highlight of the trip was the Snow Mobile riding. Rent... More

My husband and I and a few friends stayed in one of the cabins last month for a few days! It was charming and rustic. The staff at Paulina Lake are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and fishing. The food is so great! They have an excellent Chef. I would recommend visiting this cool place to anyone.
