I stayed at this hotel while traveling through Klamath Falls. The location was very accessible and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and directions. I was told that they recently remodeled the rooms inside. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Don't stay here - pass this one. I booked two rooms - both rooms' bathrooms were disgusting. They smelled of urine. The shower curtains were horrible. I went to the local grocery store and bought a whole can of lysol, and it still didn't help. The state of the bathrooms made me feel dirty. I didn't dare take a shower... more

This hotel seemed old and the furnishings need a major update. Our room had a musty/smoker smell even though it was a "non-smoking" room. We traveled with three small children and I felt compelled to re-clean the bathroom. Trust me when I say I am not a "neat freak," just a mom with kids. I did not feel the staff... more

Good pricing for the July 4th weekend. Nice and clean. It came with deluxe continental breakfast. However if you arrive late, there're not much left. other than that, its location is within reach of many restaurants & stores. We can even loan an ethernet cable for internet. more
