Beautiful cabins near the beautiful Wallowa Lake. The stay was fantastic, friendly smiling staff and a herd of deer just off the front deck that were photo friendly. We came off season and stocked up on groceries in a nearby town, cabin had a propane grill and a gas fireplace that was on and welcoming us when we arrived. Great... More

Went during off season and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived latter than expected and they left the key on the front door for easy check in. We had to "officially check in" the next day by noon which was nice to give us the opportunity to relax and enjoy the stay. When we officially checked in... More

My wife and I brought the pups up to the lake for a little getaway for the weekend. Had a wonderful stay. Nice and cozy. Owner/Manager was great during check-in. Walking distance to pretty much anything you need unless you need to go into town. Cabin was a perfect size for my wife, two furbabies, and myself. The cabin was... More

Very friendly host. Great little cabins. Bed was nice, kitchenet was good to have. Would stay there any time we were in the area. simple but we were not looking for anything else. Rates were very reasonable.

We have stayed with Doug and Patty Bushka for most of their 11 years of ownership. We find the cabins (and we've stayed in several) to be clean, well maintained and commodious. The furnishings are in good condition and comfortable. The beds are good quality and comfortable. The kitchens are well equipped with good stoves and refrigerators. They are pet... More

My husband and I stayed in condo #28 with another couple for three nights the first week of September. The condo was large and comfortable and furnished very nicely. The large kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and comfortable and the large jetted tub in the master bathroom was... More

As others have stated, this is not a true resort but rather a property management company. That being said, the quality of your accommodations will vary greatly depending on what property you pick. We reserved our home late (for Labor Day weekend) and found it to be too dark and musty. The home was located close to the road so... More

We recently stayed at Wallowa Lake and booked this place based on the handicap accommodations and the pictures on the website. Everything was as stated on the website and we couldn't have been more pleased! We had our two-year old daughter with us as well as my mother, who also had a birthday while we were there. I got it... Thank you for your comments. We do not have an AC in the unit you stayed in. For the most part you only notice this the last two weeks of July and the 1st two weeks of August. I do remember you staying and hope to see you in the future. Thanks for sharing the picture of the deer ! More

My husband and I stayed at the Wallowa Lake Resort for 3 weekend nights in the middle of August. We were supposed to stay 4 but left early because it wasn't very nice. We stayed in a one bedroom 'cabin' which I'm sure the pictures were staged because it was really dark in there. The furniture was old, the cupboards... More

Thanks for your comments. It looks like you stayed in #3 Glacier Lake Cabin. You are the first person in 10 years that has said it was not a nice place. It always booked and everyone seems to enjoy staying there. No one has mentioned the furniture was old. However, that being said, there are two older chairs in the... More

Oh, we loved this resort. Our cabin was spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, full kitchen, and deck. Our family of five had room to spread out and spend time together on a very snowy, cold weekend. The cabin was nicely decorated, very clean, warm, fully stocked, and the beds were soft and comfortable. We were in town... More
