This was a lovely combination of spotless modern and old-fashioned funky. All the convienences of home including a coffee pot, microwave and cable TV upstairs, as well as delicious cooked breakfast every morning with Lisa's fabulous homemade scones. Sid and Lisa are gracious hosts, genuinely concerned for their guest's comfort and interesting to swap stories with. I am looking forward... more

Our 3 generations of family stayed at the Chandler's Inn in Aug of 2009. It was my teenage son's favorite stop on our trip, and we stayed in some cool hotels. The hosts were so nice and Lisa is amazing. One of our upstairs rooms came with a living room and two bedrooms. It was an excellent place for everyone... more

My wife and I and our baby Son stayed at this charming, cozy, convenient B&B just after Thanksgiving in Nov 2007 so my Grandmother could meet her great-grandson. We stayed at Chandlers' Inn over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was a cozy place to stay with a toasty wood fire burning as we entered the Inn from the icy cold outside. This lovely B&B is in the heart of the Wallowa Valley in Joseph, OR. Its' owners: Lisa Allen and her husband Syd Montgomery, assumed ownership of this B&B a few years ago.
