Absolutely the best - not a thing was overlooked in providing an enjoyable stay for my wife and I. I'm sure if Heather could have made the weather better (though it wasn't that bad anyway) she would have. There's nothing more to say - if you do visit this place i'm sure you'll love it.

While searching for places to stay on our way to Phoenix I came upon the Bronze Antler. It was a bit farther out of our way but the place looked so inviting that after a bit of thought we opted to try the Bronze Antler for 3 nights and just forget the trip to Phoenix. We weren't sure of what... More

My usual trips through Joseph are a pass through for back packing the Eagle Cap Wilderness but I knew of the Bronze antler but never stayed. This time we decided to stay in comfort. The stay exceeded our expectations with wonderful hosts, delicious meals and appointments in our room that were a wonderful surprise. From the B & B the... More

Obscure, out of the way and beautiful. Our first trip to the Wallowa Mountains was highlighted by our stay at the Bronze Antlers B&B. Despite living and travelling in the Pacific Northwest our entire lives, we had not visited this area. The scenery is out of a big budget Western movie with miles of cattle ranches, snow capped peaks and... More

My daughter and I paid our first visit to Joseph Oregon the week of March 26th 2015, as we'd prepared to do some horseback riding in and around the lake (Wallowa). After an internet search we landed on the Bronze Antler and decided to give it a shot. Boy what a great choice that was! Heather and Bill were excellent... More

It was such a treat to find this warm, gracious home on our travels through NE Oregon. Heather and Bill have thoughtfully foreseen every need and their home is comfortable while echoing a by-gone genteel era. The Bronze Antler sits on the edge of town and it is a short and pleasant walk to any shop or restaurant -- and... More

Thanks very much for your review. One of the reasons we chose this location for the Bronze Antler Bed & Breakfast was this home's close proximity to "downtown" Joseph (as downtown as one can be in a town of 1,100 people). Most everything in Joseph is located on Main Street and from the Bronze Antler B&B to the opposite end... More

Everything about the Bronze Antler Bed and Breakfast is perfect! From the lovely, well tended garden with stocked bird feeders and fountains running. Heather and Bill are welcoming, helpful and suggested dinner venues and even called a local birder for us to speak to. Room was well appointed. Bed comfortable. Wi Fi strong. A special multi outlet electronic charger is... More

We stayed in the Sawtooth Room and had a beautiful view of the Wallowa Mountains. The American Craftsman home is beautifully restored. From the linens, furniture, artwork, bath fixtures everything is exquisite and clean. Bill and Heather are wonderful hosts, the food is superb and are very knowledgeable of the area. Madigan is a plus too! A very peaceful retreat... More

Thank you for your review, Victoria. The Sawtooth Mountain Room is one of our favorites because it is on the back of the house and still has a very nice view of the Wallowa Mountains. Our housecat, Madigan, is getting up in years (she's about 15 years now) but she still loves to come to the living room and visit... More

I went to Wallowa County on business, and Heather and Bob made me most welcome at the B&B. Their house is beautiful, and they do all they can to assist their guests. They are in Joseph but close to all the natural beauty that Wallowa County has to offer.

Thanks for your review, Jason. Bill & I pay attention to requirements of our business traveling guests and attempt to facilitate whatever they might need to make their stay more efficient. We recently upgraded our W-Fi services to extend the reach on our property and double the download speed. Looking forward to your return trip for more stories about Wallowa... More

We had an awesome time at the Bronze Antler B & B. The view out the windows is indescribably beautiful. Heather and Bill welcome you and make you feel right at home. There are many ways to relax, which is what we needed. We don't know how they planned such perfect weather also. We plan to go again someday, we... More
