I'll second the previous comments about the size of the rooms (we were in #5, which does have a fine view), but ours was very clean and we didn't lack for anything basic. We stayed at the Oak Street Hotel for a wedding. Location can't be beat - within walking distance to everything but stil quiet. However the rooms are very small and some come with their own quirks such as no door between toilet and bed. I'd stay here again only if they'd guarantee me a nicer room.
