We stayed four nights in the Rose Suite upstairs in front. We really enjoyed having two separate rooms to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Window AC kept the room comfortable although temperatures were in the 90s. We did not notice any street noise, but that may be because of the AC unit. The bed was comfortable... More

Stayed two nights in the Garden Suite. Rates were reasonable considering it was the holiday weekend. Suite was charming and the kitchenette was a nice touch. The bed is a double so if you are very tall this might not be the best choice! It was very hot but the window A/C cooled us down reasonably well. Breakfasts were absolutely... More

My wife and I checked out several B & B for a recent trip to Hood River. All the reviews about this place were spot on. Frank and Michelle are excellent hosts and Franks breakfasts are delicious!! We stayed in the Terrace Room and loved the peace and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Gorge.

The house is great restoration of a 1908 home. We liked most everything about our stay except for the bed in our particular room (the garden suite) was small for two people and the busy street outside. Still the rooms have everything you might need from a small kitchenette to TV and tub. The owners are on site and try... More

All in all, this was a very nice B&B. We were there in early May. and there was work being done on the porch area, and it seemed like a "down" time .... so perhaps that detracted from the usual ambiance. But our breakfast (the overnight steel-cut oats & buttermilk pancakes) was fabulous, and the bed comfy, with a nice... More

We stayed 5 nights in the upstairs kitchen “Cascade” unit in a beautiful 1908 Victorian wooden house called Inn at the Gorge. It’s west of Hood River’s hilly downtown. It has easy access to Mt. Hood hiking, the “Fruit Loop” trail of growers of cherries, berries, and pears (99% of US fruit), the Multnomah Falls, Bonneville Dam, Timberline Lodge at... More

We actually stayed there in 2010 but haven't written a review. It was a beautiful place, the breakfast was good and the location was great. It's a short walk to "Downtown" Hood River and all the shops, restaurants and bars.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Inn at the Gorge in the Master Bedroom. Frank welcomed us in and showed us the choice of rooms that he had available and we settled on this one. It has a lovely big comfortable bed and is nice and quiet, so we had some great sleeps. Breakfast is around a large dining... More

We stayed one night for a short hiking trip to Mt. Hood. The B&B was less expensive than most of the hotels in the area and included a wonderful, hearty breakfast. The location is on a quiet side street but within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms and bathrooms were... More

Very beautiful area. Quaint downtown. Frank was a very hospitable host. Gourmet breakfast which all guests agreed, including ourselves, raved about. Little extras like pistachios and port wine in the evening. All recommendations were on the mark. We had the master bedroom and it was very spacious with a Full Bathroom. Overall very well done and we would definitely return!
