Something one could get use to in traveling. I liked the refreshing approach of having a very nice size room and real amenities with the feeling that you live there not just staying there. No real gathering place which means not a lot of wasted space. Similar to a European hotel which is no doubt why I was very pleased.

The Orenco is one of those adorable little places with some amazing features and surprising deficits. When you arrive, you will love the block of charming townhouses. In the middle of strip malls and bland apartments, this area is adorable. You check in by locating your envelope with door code. Once you enter the entry, you are greeted by snacks,... More

I stayed at The Orenco in the beginning of December 2014. I was in Hillsboro on business. I absolutely loved The Orenco!!! It was such a refreshing place to stay. The check-in and check-out process is very simple... there is no need to visit a front desk. The room I stayed in was very well kept and clean. I would... More

I was looking for a pet friendly place to stay from Wednesday through the following Monday. I called the Orenco. The Orenco is in the heart of Orenco Station and it a great location to shopping. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. It is a piquesque area and very upscale. We stayed in the mini... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Orenco Hotel and loved the proximity to New Season's Market. We always eat there when we are in town. The room was very comfortable and our room was like having your own apartment. The reception area had a nice selection of DVD's.

I stayed for a week at the Orenco, for business porpouses and I got amazed with my room, that actually was a house, with kitchen, washing and drying machine... What I missed was the amenities, like shower cap and some bars of soap (they only thing they provided was a 3-liquids holder on the shower - shampoo, conditioner and body... More

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Orenco. The apartment had a homely feel and not cold like a normal hotel. We had a coffee machine in our room with a range of choices and a super comfortable king sized bed. The reception area was bright and welcoming and had a selection of muffins and snacks, coffee... I stayed in a hotel room at the Orenco for a business trip, the room was large, with a comfy bed, plenty of furniture - the desk was useful for work, and sofa was relaxing. The free WIFI was great for checking emails on my laptop. Also, the room was very clean. I really liked that they provided hand dispenser... More

Windows don't open. Fan was loaded with dust. Frig needed defrosting. No counterspace in bathroom for toiletries. No plug ins for chargers. No taxi information. No pricing for courtesy items in frig. Stale ice in ice machine (ew!). Loose fiberglass visible from some strange partial walls in the unit I stayed in. Coffee maker would not work (thank god for... More

We had a week-long stay in one of the lofts. The unit we had was nothing like the photos on the website. It seemed like a 'bait and switch'. The main floor was more like a slightly worn cabin. Hard (cement?) painted floor with no rugs made the space echo. The full kitchen is stocked well enough to prepare simple... More
