The place is clean and spacious if your intend not to spend much time in the hotel. The corridors are dusty with bad odor. The breakfast is minimal. Checkin and Checkout was easy and simple. The rooms have separate kitchen (you have to request for the kitchen set from the reception). Bed(& Mattress) is not very comfortable. Over all it... More

Cheap bedding that wasn't adequate. Mattress pad didn't even cover the mattress. You couldn't pull up sheets and blankets to your shoulder should you want to. I cleaned up dried goobie crap on the counter and dried poop off of the floor. Bathroom door didn't even latch let alone lock. Large tub, but no plug so you had to shower... More

Sent me to a 'sister hotel' in the next city,. When I got there...the room was smokey and ugly. Not a happy camper. Won't book with 'extended stay' again. Why would they be full and not able to honor my reservation. Very poor planning.

The place was clean and The staff efficient and friendly.. The room was small and that's about it. Bed was terrible. Towels were small and honestly like sandpaper. How can towels be so bad? No cups (paper or otherwise). Virtually nothing in the room. I can't see how this would be useful for an extended stay, much less overnight.

While the hotel is clean and in good shape, the walls are paper thin. I could clearly hear phone conversations from the rooms next door as well as when anyone used the bathrooms. We stayed on the second floor and it sounded as if elephants were on the floor above us. The only reason I was at this hotel is... More

We booked based on location and it was $20 bucks less than other hotels in the area. For having a non smoking room, that didn't mean you could not smell the cigarette smoke from rooms down the hallway. The room was clean, but the smell was overwhelming. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, thought that was... More

There is not a drive up place to drop off your bags. Next you will see that that while you are struggling with your bags, the doors do not open for you. Next, if you reserved a room like a "King suite" - you may not get what you reserved. The Rooms have old, thin rough towels - which had... More

We booked this hotel through Expedia, almost three months in advance. When we got there, they informed us that they were overbooked and told us to go to an alternate hotel. They said Expedia was supposed to call. We do not really know where the truth lays in that statement as Expedia did not seem aware of the situation. So... More

Compared to other ESA hotels, this place is more upscale. This hotel is in a great location and offers a pool and fitness room. My room was on the top floor and was very quiet. Generally, the kitchen supplies that are in these chains are weak, and this hotel is no exception. If you are a large group, please consider... More
