It was clean, but small. Certainly no resort or vacation spot. Not even business travel place. More of a clean motel feel than anything else. Restaurants nearby are an option. Safe area. Better choices than this one.

This place is very lovely and giving guest warmth feelings. The suite is basic and simple but gave all I need. The receptionist is very friendly and efficient. There is Winco , Walgreen and few restaurants nearby and very convenience. It is just 5 mins walking distance. Overall I think it worth the value.

I lived there for 21 days, I had a homy feeling. I didnt have a car at the begining of my stay so the cab service that takes you 5 miles around was very handy for me, other wise I would go walking till winco or walgreens. the location is perfect it's mid way between tansbourne streets where the shops... This Towneplace is all smallish Studios. Hardly "suite" sized. I've been in larger dorm rooms. Very nice people. Absolutely pin neat. But the room was very tight for 3 people. Also, no tub bath, only a tiny shower. Breakfast was all good quality food, no complaints there. Beds were a bit thin, not very comfortable for a 3 *** property

This is a pretty ordinary TownPlace Suite, that is in a decent enough part of town. This hotel is simple and good hotel for business. There is shop near this hotel. This is good point. And I was surprised that there is natto in breakfast.
