The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The staff seems poorly managed and generally not happy to be working there. It took the front desk person over 5 minutes to come to the desk upon our arrival. It was a very slow walk to the desk. We were questioned why we would want to stay at the Inn. We... More

The hotel itself has a clean new exterior. There is a gazebo area with grill and pic-nic tables. Inside there is a room with the door labeled "crew room" with TV, recliner chairs with a couple guys drinking beer. Later there were men smoking in the pic-nic area. The parking lot had old junker cars. I got the impression that... More

We (wife and I) really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly, helpful and the General Manager Kelly was a lot of fun to talk to, she made us feel right at home. The room was very clean, we could not hear anything outside of our room and we stayed on a Saturday night. There is nothing fancy... More

We needed a room in Hermiston while visiting for Thanksgiving. I am kind of picky about hotels and we were traveling with a dog. Hermiston does not have a huge variety of accomodations. The rate was lower than alot of the "premium" hotels in the area like the Oxford suites or Best Western and the room was wonderful. Because of... More

I was traveling to Hermiston with my mom, who is disabled, to see my grandmother for her 81st birthday. I called Oak Tree Inn and reserved a handicapped accessible room on the first floor. I spoke with Juanita and she assured me they would reserve a first floor accessible room for us. Upon arrival, I was told we had a... More

I was looking for a cheap place to stay in Hermiston. Even with the bad reviews before this, I decided to take a chance. It was fine. It was quiet, the front desk staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, and it had good water pressure in the shower. The only negative was that they had a coffee... More

We went to Hermiston to find a place to stay for two nights, we heard that this was one of the newer hotels in the town so we went to take a look. We went in to what i guess was the front entrance to the lobby but seemed more like a side door, and were greeted by....no one. We... More
