My wife and I went over to Hermiston for the weekend. We hadn't been there before, so looked at the reviews to see where to stay. After driving around town some, I am sure we made the right choice, as some of the other options looked a bit run down. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was fine and we... more

So for a stopover in Hermiston the expectations need to be low. But based on the reviews here I have to say I was kind of excited about this stay. I was envisioning a tranquil spot in the trees, top notch rooms and amenities, etc. So first warning sign was when I realized this hotel is located right smack dab... more

You don't often find a Manager's Welcoming reception, every night, except Sunday. Two free drinks and snacks for four, evening, hours greeted us upon arrival. Our king-suite was large enough and included a sitting area with sofa sleeper. The bed was cozy and the linens were middle grade. The shower water pressure was adequate and everything was spotlessly clean. The... more

We had business in the area and invited our daughter and two little ones from Idaho to join us. We all had a great time enjoying the pool, super breakfast and evening food and friendly, helpful staff. The food was the best we have had at a motel with healthy protein, fruits and vegetables. Evening food included soft drinks, wine... more

Stayed one night in a large comfortable double queen room. The beds were good and the staff extremely friendly. There was no "view" and we didn't go out so can't comment about the area. A nice light supper was included with meatballs, salad and 2 beverages each (good beer, wine or soda). The pool and hottub were very nice as... more

This was our second time staying here the first time was about a year ago. The first thing we noticed was how pretty the lobby was. The next thing was how nice the front desk staff was. During our two days there they were also very helpful with any questions we had. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were... more

The room was nicely furnished and came with all the amenities we look for in a motel. Our spacious room had a king sized bed, microwave and refrigerator plus a couch and desk with Internet access. Surprisingly, there is a complimentary dinner which included a very fresh salad and chicken plus your choice of beer, wine or soft drinks the... more

Stayed here twice, going and returning from a trip to the coast, and would do so again. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the food and drinks provided free in the evening and at breakfast. Two glasses of wine or beer *each* plus some hot chicken wings and dessert meant we didn't have to go out... more

The room was excelent. We had a 2 king suite, and it was spacious and nice. The beds were a bit hard, and the hallway smelled of body odor. Other than that the hotel was clean and had wonderful breakfast and free snacks and drinks in the evening. more

Hermiston is a small town. The Oxford Suites is the nicest place available. It is very simple. The room was clean. Don't expect fancy sheets and bedding. They serve snacks at night and breakfast in the morning. I would stay there again if I had to stay in Hermiston. The front desk staff was very friendly. more
