Breakfast was cold, some of the rooms could use a little bit of attention. The lower price rooms on the 1st floor had that basement feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to a couple of fast food place which was nice for a quick bite. Would I come back probably not. more

We stayed here 3 nights and found it to be satisfactory. The room was clean and the personnel were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Gresham is a wonderful access point for Portland since it is nearby downtown Portland area and the airport. It also has access to the free "MAXI" public rail service making driving and parking to most major points in the area an option. It's too bad that the Quality Inn & Suites is so average at best. We had 2 rooms and the sheets were yellowed and pillows old and lumpy in both. I never thought pillows mattered before now. The clean lobby is NOT what you receive when you get to your room.
