Upon checking in I had to sign no smoking policy. When we opened door to assigned room the smell of stale smoke was overpowering. Loved this place! Like two minutes away from a neat little park on the river! The motel appears to have been recently renovated - very clean and comfortable. Service was very good. We'll return again when in the area. The town of Grants Pass is about 8 miles north of the motel. more

We were driving on I-5, took our chances and stopped at the first random motel. Well, we had good luck. The motel is almost empty in winter months, so they had plenty of rooms. This was at best a "ok" hotel. I must admit that for the price (and what was stated on the webpage) I expected much more from it. The rooms were part, but clean. The beds were hard but sleepable.
