This RV park is by far the cleanest park EVER! Rates are reasonable and the property is gorgeous! Good sized lots and beautiful landscaping! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Too bad. Even though I-5 traffic sounds like its just outside your door (it actually is) the park layout is good, good location, clean area. However, the managers could not care less about their customers. Visits to the office frequently find it closed, and when open they obviously have more important things to do than care for you. They run... More

Wow - huge disappointment! DO NOT use this park. Located right next to I-5 up against a hill and is very loud. We waited and hour for management to open office. Sign said office opens at 9:00 - phone message gave office hours as 9:30 am - still no manager/office help at 10:30. Noticed several "travelers" camping on the hill... More

Rude office staff, limited WIFI beyond office and complaints went unanswered. Clean park but noisy from freeway being adjacent. Stayed a week, should have stayed one night only. spots are flat and concrete with lawn just adjacent to spots. Not a nice area to be more than one night.

I was planning to stay at this park for several months, however as I discovered later, the park Mgr. will not enforce their posted pet rules. If you like to have other guests walk their pets & allow them to crap on your site, or sites that are vacant around you, then this is the resort for you. They also... More

Very nice & well kept park. The problems I discovered were that many homeless & vagrants camp on a hill behind the park. The parks dog walk is the path that these people use to get to their hidden campsites on that hill. It makes a person very uncomfortable knowing these people are so close to your RV sites. It... Although the Jacks Landing Web site boasts "A clean, fenced pet area," the fencing is secure on only one side -- the one leading from the camp site! We booked our stay expecting to be able to exercise our dogs off-lead (as we were able to do at the Premier Resort in Redding, CA), but the "pet area" opens right... More

Excellent place to stop on a over-nighter, easy on and easy off going either north or south and easy to find. Eccellent accessibility to gas stations before proceeding on your trip. Very clean premises and parking pads are great. Does have some highway noise due to location, but if your as tired as I was you'll never notice. Good half... More

Whaat a wonderful little RV Park. The community is extremely well maintained and landscaped, with a patio area, picnic table and small grass area at each site. The park has a friendly staff, clean laundry area, free WIFI (near the office and laundry area only at the time of our visit,) exercise room and gazebo. It is just off of... More
