If you are interest in fishing for Steelhead or Salmon come rain or shine you have come to the best area. Harold Hanson has fished the river for better than 25 years and he sure know the spots where to fish are hiding. Call 541-761-4115, you need to hear FISH ON.

We stayed a week for a family reunion /Thanksgiving trip to grandparents. The accommodation's were perfect for our family of 4. When we arrived we were greeted by filibuster the cat who was pleased to show us to our room. The owners, Kevin, Constance, and their lovely daughter Sylvia, made going back to the hotel like being at home. We... More

We stayed two nights recently at the Motel del Rogue. We loved it and will definitely return. The room and the properly were neat and sparkly clean. Our room looked out on the Rogue River and had a sliding door onto a back porch with table and chairs above a lawn with more riverside seating. The bed and pillows were... More

(One nite, mid-September, Unit #4) Attached units with vintage cabin interiors, overlooking a peaceful backyard lawn and lazy Rogue River only a stone’s throw away. About 8 minutes southeast from downtown Grants Pass, the motel is a couple hundred feet away from rural road Rt-99 and is very quiet in a park-like setting. Ducks float lazily on the river, as... Great place to stay. Just outside of town & located on the river. Nice setting. Beautiful view. Room was older / rustic, but pretty neat compared to a typical motel room. The bathroom had my favorite colorful / vintage tile - very cute! The owner was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We shared a balcony with the "neighbors... More

This time we stayed in room 12. Different decor, same charm. Another visit to Leo's for take out bbq to eat on the lawn. The only problem is that there's too much to do in Grants Pass and we don't get to spend enough time relaxing on the porch and lawn. We'll be back!

You should be so lucky to stay here. The folks who run it are great, sweet, and just the right amount of chatty. There's a wonderful front lawn on which to play horseshoes or badminton, or lounge on your back porch and watch the river go by. Of course, this isn't 5-star accommodation...the rooms are quirky and older...but everything is... More

Our family stayed two days in cabin three. Good one bedroom one bath that slept the five of us easily. The best thing about this place is Kevin, his wife and the view!! This historical little place is right on the river and has fruit trees everywhere. Kevin had just picked lots of plums and insisted we take a bag... More

Super comfortable, very clean and quiet; really friendly staff; quiet but convenient location; river view. Kevin, the owner (or father of the owner?) is a really nice, interesting guy. Great stay overall.
