I had been told how great this place was and it was true! Stayed in the small cottage on the other side of the road and all you could hear was the babbling creek!! Clean and well appointed. Nice check in and great people all around. Breakfast was great and filling! I was lucky to go in early season as... More

I have stayed with them twice in the last couple of months prior to a 4 day drift boat trip with Helfrich River Outfitters (see review about them). My wife and I stayed in 1 of their tuck-away in Sept. After arriving I went outside to the creek and watched a pileated woodpecker fly into a tree right next to... More

We stated at Morrisons the night before our rafting trip. We chose to actually stay in the lodge and not in one of the many cabins. The room was on the smallish side but very clean and very comfortable. We were glad we had arrived early so that we could wander around the lovely grounds and walk beside the river.... More

This "lodge" isn't really a lodge (in the way you'd think of Old Faithful, Timberline, Crater Lake) - these are really "cabins." 22 "cabins" but sleeping per cabin varies. I stayed in one called "Taylor Creek" - two bedrooms (1 king, 2 twins) and two twins in the main living room, dining table, kitchen, couch/2 recliners/coffee table, and 2 full... More

Stayed at The Morrison for one night only as we were a party of four that were going on a Rogue River 4 day trip with O.A.R.S. the following morning. We stayed in a Tuck Away, which was located across the road from the Lodge. Once you park your car by your Tuck Away there is a path that leads... More

Situated between Grants Pass and Merlin, this historic fishing lodge is the perfect place to start and/or end a white water rafting trip on the Rogue River. It offers fishing (salmon, steelhead, sturgeon) at the end of its own lawn (which backs onto the Rogue). Staff is unfailingly friendly, welcoming and helpful. A lovely dinner (extra) is served nightly on... More

Four of us braved the 3 Day Lodge River Trip. The guides refer to this trip as the "float and bloat" so the only courage this trip requires is to be without cell service for 3 days. The Rogue was an amazing back drop to the fun, laughter, and first class river rapids. The secret ingredient this outfitter is the... More

Wonderful rooms, amazing food and a beautiful setting! A great place to stay with families or a couple. We stayed and took a trip down the Wild and Scenic Rogue, it's a sight to be seen. The lodge has a pool, paddle boarding and a tennis court, large grass area to sit and relax or place a fame of disc... More
