We needed a quick place right off the freeway to sleep for the night on our way home from California. The place we normally stay was booked so we decided to try Shilo Inn since it was close, inexpensive and had a room open. What a room it was, old style keys, broken heat unit that either blew steaming hot... More

We stayed here on our back from SF to Seattle for night. We had 2 rooms for my wife and I and 4 teenagers. It is in a good location right off the interstate and it was a safe area. Lots of hotel/motels, gas stations, restaurants in the area. The rooms were large but dated. They were clean but nothing... More

Friendly staff, dated rooms and decor. Beds were not great. But overall I was very happy because the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Like standing under a hot waterfall. Old school keys were kind of a pain. Very reasonable price. Totally fine for a quick overnight stay. Quick and easy access to freeway. Very easy to find at... More

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, while the price was reasonable for the night. There was something for everyone in the free breakfast they offered too. The room was clean and adequate, though there was some type of hotel noise that could be heard in our room throughout the night. It sounded like someone switching light switches on and... More

Solid two-to-three star hotel. Large room and comfortable bed. Good variety for breakfast. The manager and front desk attendant were friendly and helpful. We needed to move to the Shilo Inn in Medford after two nights and the manager called ahead to make arrangements for us.

There was plenty of room for my husband, 21-month-old daughter, and myself, plus daughter's pack-n-play. Bed was comfy and bedding classy and tasteful. Continental breakfast was unexpectedly wonderful! Waffles and coffee and other assorted yum-yums. I'd recommend this place.

Arrived at 11:15 pm to find the door to the lobby locked. The lady at the desk looked decidedly unhappy to be bothered. After she sorted through an enormous key ring I finally got in! She very slowly found my reservation then informed me their card machine was broken and had to call it in manually. Well, 45 minutes after... More

Excellent customer service, super friendly, good rates for pets!! Huge room, king size bed...last minute booking especially smooth!! I would highly recommend! Black Bear resturant right next door, very convenient and good food! Didn't check out the free breakfast offered but overall stay was very satisfying.

Affordable excellence? Not! The hotel clerk was very unprofessional! My husband entered the lobby and there was no one to greet him! Then he saw someone rummaging around in the back room, looking for something! He calls out 'Hello'? Then she came to desk still looking for something! Then she says 'there it is'! Spying the bowl of Hershey kisses... More

We stayed here one night on the way through town. We needed a pet friendly room which is obviously not going to be the best quality (we knew that going in). Our expectations were low, but this was pretty bad. The urine smell was just too strong, we had to upgrade to a different room. It was bad, but not... More
