We only stayed on night but wish it was a week. Rooms are nice and big and very clean. Frig, microwave and coffee maker. We had a couch in our room so very nice not to have sit on the bed. Everyone from that works there is so super friendly and helpful. Also share local not in guide books hikes.... More

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location close to Mt Hood and the Timberline. The room was comfortable and clean, even if the décor was dated. Breakfast in the foyer was fairly basic but served its purpose. Welcoming member of staff was very friendly, but thereafter we saw nobody. Not a lot of choice for eating in the... More

Cons: Needed a floor lamp at the dark end of the room. Needs more TV channels. Breakfast very basic - cereals and sweets. Pros: Large room. Sink was outside the bathroom. No noisy heat/AC unit under window.

It so nice to stay at a place that feels like home. We will be back. We went for my boyfriends birthday and we are so glad that we chose to go there it was amazing, and great staff. I would like to go back when there is more snow and can make more use of the area :)

We are frequent Best Western customers, over 400 stays throughout the west the past ten years. This is our first negative review and is an abbreviated version of what we sent Best Western. 1. Greeted like criminals, not loyal customers. The manager demanded that I take my drivers license out of my wallet to copy. Not "please" but "take it... More

Within an hour of our arrival, the bathroom light burned out. We called the desk clerks 3 times to get the problem fixed. Nothing was ever done. For what the room cost this was outrageous. We were unable to take a shower and evacuation was a true adventure.

Hello Patrick, We are terribly sorry you had a bad experience with our staff. It is most embarrassing we could not get your bathroom bulb replaced during your stay. Please accept our sincere apology on this over-site. It was a breakdown in communication and not laziness. We have reviewed it and initiated a better followup system. Please don't let this... More

My husband and I stayed here last week. The weather was beautiful so had no issues with the hot rooms. Our room was clean and spacious. The pillows were just right and the shower worked great. We loved it so much that we didnt want to leave. We ate dinner at the brewery next door and loved it! Did a... More

Clean rooms and friendly staff! Ample parking. The hotel is located within a short drive of Mt Hood. Although we didn't partake the hotel is located next to a brewery. Continental breakfast was good and hot!

We stayed here one night as part of a driving vacation through parts of Oregon and Washington. The hotel looks pretty new. It is located very conveniently at the junction of US 26 and the Government Camp Loop. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and gave us some recommendations for dinner. Check in was a breeze and... More

We were at Timberline Lodge and getting tired so we headed down hoping to find a place to stay and much to our delight there was the Best Western.
