We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was oceanfront, worth the few extra dollars. It was a small room but had all the creature comforts. My only request is for the hotel to add a coat rack or hooks to hang up a jacket. Room is too small for a closet. For dinner,... More

This was our first visit to Oregon and we were so impressed at the beauty of the coast line. We stayed on the bottom floor but still had a very nice view. We especially loved the private balcony out the sliding glass door and chairs provided for watching the sunset and letting the sun pour in. The bed was comfortable... More

This "resort" is about a step above Motel 6. The room was OK, staff was friendly as they should be, no pool and a very high price ($150.00) a night. Go a little further South to Brookings if staying in the area. Gold Beach and this hotel were very disappointing.

The bed was comfortable enough, the staff was friendly, the breakfast that came with the room ($10 off) was delicious and for the price, a good value. It is dated, but the stained carpet was the most noticeable downside. We came to Gold Beach to take the Jet Boat up the Rogue, so we enjoyed our stay of two nights.

My husband and I stayed at the Pacific Reef hotel for two nights over labor day weekend. The room was fine, what we paid for was the view. I highly recommend a second floor room for the view. The room itself is very basic - no pictures on the walls. The rooms look dated, particularly the bathroom. The cleanliness was... More

I would like to Thank Pacific Reef for their Generosity and Red Carpet Service to the Dental Van as well as the Dentist and Staff. On September 5th 2014 Gold Beach had the opportunity to Help people in need in our local community by offering free dental services. Pacific Reef jumped at the chance to offer it's services by providing... More

we thought our room ($99) was adjacent to beach view rooms ($159). the beach was blocks away and couldn't be seen even from beach rooms. the hotel is an old mom and pop right on the highway with traffic most to prove it. the gazebo hottub is glass and only a parking lot from publix where anyone could wander in.... We stayed here because of the price and the proximity to the fairgrounds. We chose the least expensive room which was $95.23 after tax. The room was tiny, which was fine, it was just a place to sleep, but don't choose the economy room if you plan to spend time in it. It did have a microwave and mini-fridge and... More

We stayed at the Pacific Reef Resort for two nights. Since this was our first visit to the Oregon Coast, we went with the Economy room for $89 per night. The room was comfortable, but probably the smallest motel room I have ever stayed in. As with most establishments on the Oregon Coast, there was no A/C. This was not... More

Got in late, left early so can't say much about anything but the check in/out and the room. All where good, easy in/out clean room. They charged our CC when we made the reservation which is unusual. Out of 27 hotels we stayed in on this trip, they were the only one to do so.
