Located in one of the most scenic valleys in Oregon, just 7 miles from Crater Lake National Park, you can't beat this. The room was spotless and I enjoyed reading my book in grassy yard on a warm October afternoon. Heidi, one of the owners, allowed me to keep my car there after checkout while I cycled to Crater Lake... More

We had considered staying up at Crater Lake, but the place was booked out. They recommended Heidi and Shannon's place in Fort Klamath, which we drove down to. The motel obviously offers neither the glorious views over the Lake, nor the close proximity to all that the park has to give the hiker or experience seeker, nor does it have... More

The Aspen Inn was so different from other Inn's we have stayed at. As we pulled into our parking spot we could hear cattle, owls, and other animals not sure of, I was wondering what our room was going to look like. We opted for the single "A Frame" building- room number 5 for about 115 per night over the... More

My boyfriend and I had been staying on floors, couches and in the back of our Outback for a week and finally decided to get a hotel for a night before heading up to crater lake. Aspen Inn gave us a great deal for one of the cabins and it was perfect! Anytime we are in the area we will... More

We stayed here for one night on our way into Crater Lake. What a beautiful setting and convenient location. And the owners are awesome - so helpful and welcoming. This is the perfect place when visiting Crater Lake. I look forward to coming back and spending more time.

We stayed here for just one night after a long drive and visit to nearby Crater Lake. Heidi was very welcoming and helpful with our plans for the following day. We were in room 11, very clean and functional, have to say that the walls are a bit thin, but that's motels for you, fortunately our neighbours were worn out... More

The Aspen Inn rooms are exceptionally clean, in like-new condition. Our room (#3) appeared to be recently updated and everything sparkled. It has a beautiful tile floor with inlaid Apsen-leaf patten in the center of the room. The grounds in front are like a little shady park with a swinging bench where we ate our dinner, a swing set for... More

I normally don't review places but I have to! Excellent? Read on.... You plan on going to crater lake? Best book a room in advance. I didn't. Was past tired and hungry (you see how this is going right?). I was told at the lodge about a "quaint place ran by some very nice ladies". The idea of staying in... More

We so enjoyed staying here, wish we could have stayed longer. Heidi and Shannon could not have been any nicer, made you feel like you have know them forever. We stayed in the wagon house which was way more than we needed but that was all they had left. Had everything we needed and more. Decorated very cute and extremely clean. I... More

We stayed at the Aspen Inn while visiting our daughter at Crater lake. It's a very remote area, and not many places to stay. I was pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean it was. Our room was large, and had a fridge and microwave. the furnishings are quite basic, and yes, the tv does only get one channel, however,... More
