We found the accommodations to be very clean and reasonably priced with 2 separate bedrooms and comfortable beds. There was a large closet with two suitcase racks in one room, a vanity in the other room, and separate heat controls in each room plus a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The proprietors were friendly and quite helpful in assisting... More

Retro, clean, clean, clean! Just what we expected after Trip Advisor reviews. Half of what Best Western wanted to charge us. Owner recommended Waterfront restaurant in old downtown. Great referral! Save your dollars and stay here!

We reserved a room prior to our trip and were met with a warm friendly greeting. Our motel room was very comfortable and clean. We had two separate rooms with queen beds which was nice for the TV viewer! The beds were comfortable and the location was nice and quiet. Though the bathroom was small it was perfectly adequate. The... More

We reserved a room, sight unseen from our car as we traveled toward Florence. We were very pleasantly surprised with this 'mom-n-pop' old style, non-chain motel. Exceptionally well maintained, very quiet, and next to a great restaurant for breakfast. I would not hesitate to visit the Park Motel again and may do so in later travels.

We stayed in the Lighthouse cabin and were quite pleased. This was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a kitchen (no dishwasher), small dining area and sitting area. The updated TV was good, it would have been nice to have a few more stations. The electric fireplace put out enough heat to take the chill off without using the... More

While this motel was a bit dated and out of walking distance of downtown, It was meticulously maintained and completely clean. The owners clearly take great pride in their property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Bob & Margaret are gracious hosts. She is such a sweetie with as much local advice as you request. The room was spacious & clean with a knotty pine interior. Ours had a comfy queen bed & a twin bed. It was a great price of $85 for a coastal town. It is located in a woodsy setting. Cabins are... More

I had read the reviews before we visited this hotel. We were not disappointed--this is a great place and the proprietors, Bob & Margaret, are wonderful and helpful folks. The rooms are like cabins---wood interior, very well maintained. It's peaceful and quiet (except for some noisy early-morning guests who didn't use their library voices outside!) and it is squeaky-clean!!! Fridge,... More

Arriving early evening, road weary with no reservations, dog and traveling companion with me, Margaret greeted me with a supportive smile and accommodations that were perfect! Cute little cabin type room....separate rooms with beds....dog OK....the place was pristine.... Clean and smelled nice!! She also seemed to instinctively know where I needed to have the most amazing dinner of my 8... More

My husband, father and I rented the Seagull cabin. This is one of the non-dog friendly cabins. The cabin was located amongst trees and was a peaceful setting. The cabin was very clean and it smelled good. It was well equipped including an electric fireplace. The two bedrooms were on separate ends of the cabin so everyone had plenty of... More
