We had a fantastic stay at Old Town Inn. Sheri was there to help with everything & anything. I was not used to staying at a motel with such nice amenities. We were traveling with 2 dogs & there was a good place to walk & pottie our doggies. We were there to celebrate our brother-in-laws 90th birthday ~ everything... more
From the moment we walked into the office until we checked out the following morning, Sheri was available to answer all of our questions, give us superb directions and dining suggestions, and made us feel welcome and valued. All 3 of us -- sisters finally getting away on a much-dreamed-about trip without kids -- readily agreed that Sheri's sparkling personality... more

very clean friendly, personable staff overall just what we were looking for! good price compared to other places ideal location only thing different-slightly more appealing continental breakfast (maybe including fresh toast or bagels at least) more
It's a plain, stereotypical motel. The price is pretty fair, and the location is the best, it is right around the corner from the best restaurants and shops in Florence. more
This hotel is easy to find, it's right off the highway. It's within walking distance to Old Town Florence, where there are cute shops, restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again. Also the price is unbeatable. more
The people at Old Town Inn were very nice. Their signature item is a rubber duckie which they give away to the children who come. It was a real hit with our grandbaby. When we went to check out, the management even gave us another "princess" rubber duckie which was much smaller. The hotel itself is like a Days Inn.... more
i thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the Old Town Inn. The staff and amenities were of a high standard and made staying with them a pleasure. Close to several options for dinner which I strongly recommend and right on Highway 101. more
The rooms look a bit drab. The last room had a certain odor which could have just been bug(?) spray, or dampness. But I always stay at this hotel when I go to Florence. The next day of my last trip to Florence I saw a hotel down a few blocks only charging $45 for the night and allowed pets.... more
The Inn is close to restaurants, shopping & sightseeing. I wanted to stay longer... [smile] more
