We loved the room, and yes it is non-smoking, stay home if you can't do without it. As for not for families, what do you think, it should have babysitting, it is a casino, for adults! We travel several times a year to visit the Casino. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a huge flat screen tv, great beds and the price is fantastic if you play a little at the casino. Something to check in to. more

Our experience involved a contacted catered event. Many items promised by the Casino were not delivered. Really, my 3rd stay here in a little over a year. The last couple times with my sweetie and just perrrrfect. Wonderful rooms, TV, service. Even if not using the casino...just a great place to stay in Florence. The food is a must do here, even if not staying in the hotel. I can't say enough about the service here.... more

The staff was cheerful, helpful, genuine, patient and accomodating. The room decor is very on trend. After I woke up the next morning I had to check what kind of mattress it was so we could get one for ourselves once we get home.
