The room was filthy. From floor to ceiling, smelled horrible, hair in between the sheets.Unfortunately there no refund, I was told I received half off late booking discount. I paid 59$,this was was not a 100$ a nite hotel. When making my reservation I was told the airport was 10-15 minutes away, more like 30. This was the type of hotel I... More

I come to Eugene every two weeks to visit my 14 month old son. I have been Staying at the Traveler's Inn every other weekend for almost 8 months now. During this time the Patel family has made me feel like a friend, rather than a customer. Dilip and his son Mike are always extremely helpful. On one occasion, Mike... More

Always great to stay at the Travelers Inn for DUCK games and other getaways. Phillip and his family are the best and very welcoming to all. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a great value. Convenient to UO, downtown, restaurants, and offers a lite breakfast. Always feels like coming home to family when we check in.

Even though this is near a busy street, with a huge construction project across the street, it was amazingly quite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot after checking out to walk a couple blocks away to the Federal Courthouse for Jury Duty. The room had been updated recently,... More

We needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night and this place filled the bill? I was able to make a reservation over the phone although the conversation with the woman who answered the phone was odd. I've never been asked for a credit card to secure the reservation followed by a request to confirm a timeframe by which... More

Stayed here over the weekend in june. Paid $115 a night for a room that wasn't worth more than $50 a night in my opinion. the only nice thing about the hotel is that it is close to every thing. Other than that the walls are paper thin, hardly any parking, nosey managers, and I was questioned when I asked... More

To my understanding, sometimes college kids get a bad rap for partying in Hotel rooms around here. Anyways, a group of four of us needed a place to stay during a week long track meet. All hotels in the area were booked, and this was essentially our last option. The rate ended up being $130 plus tax for a bottom... More

Fantastic place to stay for cyclists. We arrived with bikes in boxes and put them together in front of our ground floor room. We were made to feel so welcome by the owner and his son! Highly recommended!!

We stayed at Travelers Inn a couple weeks ago and overall is was a good experience. The owner was very helpful and cheerful at check in and gave us some great tips and recommendations for taking in some of the city. The hotel is an older one but it has been taken pretty good care of and is clean. It... More

I've stayed in Eugene a number of times, so know the area and motels. We only booked this place as no other affordable ones were available near the stadium on a game weekend, and with game day hikes, this was insanely overpriced. The desk manager (and I think owner) was very friendly and polite, and even let us check in... More
