Nice place to stay, free glass of wine in the communal room a nice touch. Rooms are tiny so don't take your big suitcase in there. No elevator, and freight trains will bother you if you're a light sleeper. Air conditioner works extremely well, great staff and a very quaint clean place to stay. Would recommend it. Good breakfast. more

The wife and I checked in with high hopes. We knew we had chosen the smallest room so weren't displeased with what we got. We had locked our bikes up to the rack in the parking lot that afternoon and within an hour and half our best bike was taken! When I reported it to the front desk he looked... more

I would like to correct a mistake our Front Desk Clerk made. He had mentioned that the Security Cameras were not functional. They are! Unfortunatly, at that paticular time we were not recording. We have some safer bike areas that we will encourage our guest to use. We are sorry for the loss.

We arrived around 6 pm. The front desk was manned by one of the two owners. When he saw we had a four month old baby that needed to have bottles warmed up at night he upgraded us to their carriage house for no extra charge. The room was beautiful and so peaceful. There was a hot water tap (great... more

The Bride and I have stayed in bed and breakfast inns from San Francisco to Seattle, and the Campbell House Inn is the best of our lodging experiences. LIsted on the National Registry of Historic Places, the building (s) date back to 1892 and have been painstakingly and tastefully restored to a most inviting degree. The brother and sister team... more

This is a zillion times better than the two Best Westerns in town. Our suite was spacious and beautifully appointed and the staff helpful and very pleasant. Nice touches such as complementary glass of wine, cookies, and coffee. The breakfast was above average. Check out their last minute specials for great deals. We walked to shopping and restaurants. We will... more

The reviews we read were all 4-5 stars...but we rate it a two at BEST!! My wife and I either have very different standards than others that wrote reviews or just different taste. The trains ran in the middle of the night and blew their horns (very, very loud) at 10PM, 1:00AM, 3:00AM, and again at 4AM. You cannot sleep... more

I lived in Eugene for 20 years before moving a couple of years ago. I came back to visit this time & decided to play tourist. Cons: The size of the room. Stayed in rm #211. Open the door to the room, you walk right into the full bed. The room is only 8'x8'. No clothes storage. TV is circa... more

The Campbell Inn is the most delightful place to stay in Eugene. It has the informality and charm of a bed and breakfast with the amenities of an Inn/Hotel. Each room is unique but has its own bathroom, phone, TV and refrigerator. Some rooms have DVDs and claw foot bathtubs. The setting is beautiful, green lawns, flowers, arbors, chaise lounges... more

We were given a gift certificate for a stay here, even though we live in town. It seemed a little silly, but we packed our overnighter and checked in. It was a total delight. Nicely decorated rooms (but not especially spacious), friendly staff, beautiful garden, nice breakfast in an elegant old-fashioned dining room setting. Very much like being a guest... more

Very comfortable Inn with over the top "Historic Inn" decor - old fashioned flowery wall paper and polished wood, piped in romantic music all day. We had a room with a high bed, meaning they give you a step stool to get up onto it. Be a good place for a honeymoon actually. Nice breakfast, friendly inn-keepers. Good walking access... more
