I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights on a recruiting trip to the University of Oregon. We checked in after midnight but yet still received great service and answers to our questions from the guy at the desk. In fact the whole time there, the people at the front desk were all extremely courteous and accommodating, from recommending... more

My family and I stayed here only 1 night on our way to Seattle. It was great. We had a two story suite--biggest hotel room I have been in. Room was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. For what we got, it was very reasonably priced. The motel grounds looked good to. We did not try the restaurant so I cannot comment... more

After a previous night in Eugene at another location, here on a biz trip, I decided to spend the morning hunting a better location and getting out of the one we were in asap. The first place I looked at was the Best Western Greentree. Lovely large rooms, nicely appointed, a view of the creek available, friendly and helpful desk... more

We stayed in Eugene one night and this was a good place to stay. Front desk staff were nice, room was clean. Hotel was in good location. Close to the university if you wanted to walk around there. We drove to a few wineries which were about a 15 minute drive. The fifth street shopping promenade area was only a... more

The room was very clean and freshly decorated and well located for restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the rate of $87 was a good value. more

We stayed at this hotel because our son will be attending U. of Oregon so the location was great. It's right across the street but still about a 10 min. walk or so to the campus. The room was nice and spacious and looked very clean but had a very strong odor that smelled like sweaty socks or a locker... more

This property was a pleasant surprise...very good value for the rate. The guest room was good sized, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean. The lobby staff were fairly well trained if somewhat aloof. The buildings and grounds were very well tended and the whole place was quite presentable. The furnishings showed little or no wear, and the bedding was nearly... more

Stayed here while doing training at the UO. It's a typical Best Western. Rooms were motel comfortable. The private balcony was great. This is probably one of the most convenient hotels for football gamedays. Right across the street from the University and at the beginning of the walk through Alton Baker park to Autzen stadium. more

We checked in late at night to the hotel and the front desk person was friendly and even gave us a blanket and some treats for our dog. After returning from getting a quick bite to eat after a long drive our dog was not in our room. The front desk worker had removed our dog himself without contacting us... more

This is an above average Best Western. The room was spotless, the beds mediocre but clean and the bathroom spotless but small. The breakfast is a simple continental, with boiled eggs(a touch I like). The best part of the stay was looking out the balcony to the "creek" and seeing a racoon. My kids loved that. A small treat in... more
