Strong smoke odor in non-smoking rooms, beds sag toward the middle badly, three floors no elevator or help from staff getting bags up the stairs, dirty carpets. Loud noise from parking lot most of the night.

we were in town for a concert, a surprise for my husband. i didn't even tell him where we were staying! we arrived to a beautiful, relaxing room with a balcony in the trees facing the millrace. no chairs on the good sized balcony which would have been a nice but, we enjoyed the stay regardless. it was a hot... I understand that this is a college town, but the rooms seemed very worn. The entire place smelled bad. The first "non-smoking" room we were given smelled like an ashtray. The second room smelled slightly of urine and mildew, which may have been coming in from the hallway outside, where the carpet looked like it had dried out after being... More

We stayed in a double queen on the 3rd floor. The room was spacious with a two true double beds, a sitting area and built in desk. The bathroom consisted of an area with a sink, counter and mirror that was separate from the bathroom that consisted of a shower/tub toilet, sink, counter and mirror. It was fabulous. It had... More

My first impression of this property, unfriendly staff (not one smile). We chose a King room with a view of the creek, btw the creek stinks like a swamp, but overall lots of trees make it otherwise pretty. Our room was on the 3rd floor of a building that did not have an elevator. Old dirty stair case. The hallway... More

I booked my hotel on Orbitz. When promoted to which type of room I would like I asked for 2 queen Non smoking. When I arrived I was given a smoking room. Entering the room, the smoke was almost exaggerated. From the towels to linens the smell was horrible. Keep in mind that I am a very durable traveler and... More

After a 16 hours drive from Ca. we arrived around 1:00 a.m., Our reservation was for 4pm and even when they have not a room like the one we needed at that time, they got us one very comfortable and they offer to move for us the luggage at noon time to our other room.

NIce place to stay, good location, particularly for visitors to the University of Oregon. Good value and responsive staff. Located very close to more than a half dozen places to eat and a grocery and drug store.

Older BW Inn. Outside entrance; using key card twice not very convenient. Not enough parking spaces, manager had to move his truck to give us a space. This left us with a long walk to the back of the unit. Overall look of the Inn was a little dated. I noticed what looked to be a newer BW just down... More

We stayed here for the IAAF World Juniors Championships - the track is a short walk away. The reception staff were very helpful - nothing was too much trouble and they were chatty and sociable. The room however was a bit of a let down. Yes it was large - but dark and very smelly. The carpets probably need changing.... More
