We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very good. Excellent location for accessing the University. Breakfast was fine. Our room was very clean and comfortable. more

Not impressed! The room was tiny with way too much over-sized furnature! The staff was very unsociable. I paid with a credit card. BIG MISTAKE! They held $50 on my card to guarentee my reservation then at check-in they held another $125.00. After I checked out they charged my card for the total amount. Two weeks later while looking at... more

My husband and I along with our three young children (8 months, 3 years, and 4 years) stayed in the New Oregon Motel for one Friday night at the begining of April. I was very disappointed with our accomodations. Like others have stated, the carpets and furnishings were very shabby. It was difficult to use the pool/exercise facility as you... more

The room smelled like mold. The maids woke us up at 7:30 am talking as they set-up shop outside our room. Then they vacuumed next door and upstairs. The location was great for visiting the University of Oregon. The breakfast was very skimpy! more

My husband, father in law, and I stayed one night in this hotel on our way back to Idaho. It was wonderful. We stayed in a Best Western hotel in Crescent City CA and that hotel wasn't half as neat as this one. The rooms were quite spacious and clean and the balcony was the same. The lady at the... more

We stopped here on our way to Portland and were pleasantly surprised with this motel. Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent with lots of hot or cold choices. Everyone was very friendly and professional with the exception of the lady running in the breakfast room - she was downright unpleasant and did a... more

My teenage son, my husband and I returned to Eugene on our way home from Ashland, OR. We were checking out the University. Learning from previous reviewers, we asked for a quiet room in back and got one. The hotel is not as fancy or new as the Phoenix Inn, but for less money we got a clean room the... more

I did a roadtrip from SF to Seattle and this was my best choice of motel. It is more expensive than a red roof inn or motel 6, but it has a lot of amenities like an indoor pool or a small gym. The room was very very clean and it has free wifi internet access in the room. There... more

We stopped here and at first the hotel its self didn't look like much..but looks can be deceiving. the lobby was nice so we took a room. Well I have to say we were greatly surprised the room was very nice with to easy... more

The 2 rooms offered were so bad, we had no choice but to drive an additional 6 hours ( 10 hours total) through fair traffic and go home ( no rooms in Eugene or Florence) ! Both rooms offered to us reeked of pet urine and a strong chemical odor. We asked for the other section and were told by... more
