We were traveling in OR with another family for a trip to Winston Safari and Crater Lake and made a stop for the night at this hotel. The other family made the reservations at this hotel and I have to say this place is worse than Motel 6! Smelly, unclean, and their 'breakfast' which was included in the room rate... More

Very comfortable and quiet place. We stayed a Thursday night and the town was pretty booked because of several activities. We were surprised at the size of our room. Room was spotless. Staff very friendly. They gave us a great city map to help us get around would defiantly stay here again

we stayed here the night before the eugene marathon; it was close to one of the shuttle drop-offs so it worked out great. our impression is that it is an older property that the owners put a lot of elbow grease into, and really care about what they do - when we arrived they were hard at work on the... Got lucky with this little gem of a motel. It's in a 'sketchy' neighborhood on the surface but you quickly realize it's just a little bit older but has a hip urban vibe and is safe. Nearby fish and Thai restaurants are good and reasonable. Like always, I asked for the top floor towards the rear and had no issues... More

The 2nd floor room was clean and spacious. All appliances were in good shape and working. The bathroom was huge. Our room had a desk for work, a separate small couch and table area for socializing, and a large picture window that can be opened. Our room had a garden bench in front of it, which was wonderful. Access to... More

First, the room is nice, clean, comfortable, and the upper level ones with one queen are quite spacious. Our companions with a two doubles were a bit more congested, but still comfortable. Good bed, good shower, good housekeeping, good everything, and really, really LOW LOW rates. We stayed Thu-Monday. No breakfast. See my review of a local coffee place for... More

Good motel for the money in a not-very-interesting but close-to-interesting-areas part of Eugene. Depending on your definition of walking distance, this motel is borderline walking distance to downtown and the University of Oregon, but the area surrounding the motel is not particularly nice. It's in motel row (about 5 budget motels all in a row, though this one looked among... More

This is one of the hotels my company uses when we have to stay in Eugene so I can't comment on price as it was prepaid, The hotel itself is mid to smaller sized and has a fairly small but well designed parking lot, you probably should look elsewhere though if you have a large vehicle or trailer as it... We were in town for a Ducks game. Our options included paying $150-$200 for a Holiday Inn Express type hotel (most were booked anyway) or a complete dive such as this one for about $75 a night. Sadly, we chose to stay here. Badly stained couch (couldn't sit on it), no updates to any furniture in ages, marginally comfortable bed,... More

My family and i went to Eugene for a short getaway trip. We made our reservations at this hotel last minute because we planned this trip late but we had a great experience staying here. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
