The guy at the front desk was friendly, quick and helpful - but the whole experience went downhill from there. It's on a busy street, which we weren't prepared for. It's no surprise that you must pay upfront, when you check in. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for a quiet room when I booked our overnight reservation, and we ended... more

We had stayed at the Americas Best Value Inn in Roseburg OR and thought it was a good choice as a budget-motel. However that was NOT the case at the Eugene OR facility. Staying at budget motels, we expect budget accomodations but this one didn't quite make even that. The room was marginally okay, almost clean but badly in need... more

Check in was easy, rooms clean, the people helpful and efficent, everything was in the room that I needed, like microwave and refrigerator, and internet, I'd stay there again, plus the location was perfect for my business. The value was great. more

I felt like I was in a cave. The corners of the walls were rounded, not straight, the ac system was an uncontrollable wind tunnel. The ceiling height was so low my 5'10" husband could touch them easily. The smell of febreze was nauseating and although we were here several days on a business trip that we had to fund... more

our stay was enjoyable: it was the best of the 3 america's best value motels we stayed at & none of them was "bad", just not particularly glitzy or over-done with the amenities the neighborhood was walkable with a number of restaurants not fancy, clean & a good-enough location for an overnight ~ more

We wanted to stay one night in Eugene, but had our two dogs with us. We found this motel via the web. I neglected to read the reviews on here before I went. Big mistake. On the upside, there are very cute topiaries at the entrance. That's about as good as it gets. At first, I thought that we got... more

It was one of the worst motel I stayed at. Our non smoking room smells of smoke. The room feels dirty and very dusty. Air condition turned on and off. It is right next to a heavily travels three lane street, so it is very noisy. This place needs to be updated. Staff are OK, but avoid this place if... more

Pulling in to the Driveway of the Americas Best Best Value inn, I thought "Yes, I can stay here, looks okay, decent landscaping.". So I proceeded to go to check-in, and I found that they didn't even have a key for the room i was scheduled to stay in. Then off to the luxurious room in was. Ha, far from... more

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way down to Ashland OR. It was the only place we could find that had a room available for under $100 a night. Since it was just a place to sleep in we figured it woud be okay. The room was one of their suites, since it was the... more

I had initially booked the hotel throught the hotel website. I searched through Orbitz , Travelocity, etc. to find it then decided to use the hotel website because I thought it would be cheaper. Upon arrival, the lady at the counter told me she had not received our confirmation until that morning. She asked me about how I booked the... more
