We stayed at Motel 6 for six days. The front desk personnel were very friendly . The price was reasonable . The rooms were clean and updated. You had to pay for wifi but it was cheap. The only 2 downside things were no shampoo provided and the interstate is very noisy.. It took a few nights to get a... More

This hotel was very easy to find. Right on the I5 with no issues getting back onto the highway. We were in a room on the highway side but it wasn't that noisy. Maybe we were just really tired but for the price the room was clean, convenient and the staff were great. We arrived late ... after 11 pm... More

Well I was too tired to go further, this is by the I-5 way to noise. I would recomend room in the back. Service OK, friendly, coffee in the morning, clean, but again no kleenex and hair shampoo. Bed OK, pillow too soft. No discount for seniors, was 55 dollar

I came to Eugene to visit friends for the evening and decided to stay for the night. I booked online and headed over with three friends. The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. The hotel is pet friendly, a huge plus, so my chihuahua didn't have to sleep in the car. Room looked recently renovated with... More

Pleasant staff but too bad it didn't carry on to the rest of my stay. Had neighbors uncaring about guests next door to them. Room temperature was cold and the room was uninviting. Where's the personality your company always makes a guest glad they stayed? Sorry I know u must change but my husband and I were truly disappointed.

My family stayed here the night of the Oregon-Washington football game. A night when every hotel and motel in Eugene-Springfield is slammed and can charge top dollar. I booked this through Booking.com. First time in this property. We've stayed at the M6 on Gateway a few times. The room was quite clean and the beds were comfortable. Even with rowdy... More

I had a confirmed reservation for three nights. When I arrived, the clerk swiped my credit card and alerted me that the rate would be higher for nights two and three. This agreed with my contracted confirmation. When I returned to my room on evening two, the key didn't work. The clerk told me that I had been checked out.... More

I booked a non smoking room 9 mos prior to arrival date. When I arrived, the attendant told me that only smoking rooms were available (although many rooms upstairs from me appeared to be vacant). The bathroom floor was gross, very dirty, debris on floor, dead bugs on floor under the sink. The blanket on the bed had lots of... More

Worst hotel chain in the world. Scheduled to stay at a few motel 6 properties while on vacation with the kiddos this summer. The first night we had a horrible experience because the room was infested with mold. They offered us a VOUCHER for another night stay. The second night (different property) was very clean but the clerks were jerks... More

This place is a complete dump!! Non smoking rooms reeked of smoke! The beds are tiny and broken down!!There were huge wet spots on the carpet!! Dirty, Dark, and unsafe feeling!! Do not stay here!!! The saying that you get what you pay for doesn't apply here because we payed over $240.00 for two rooms for one night. We slept in... More
