This little gem of a hotel has by far the best service I have ever experienced in the hopitality industry. The staff is absolutely fabulous! The facility is only 3 years old, so everything is new and pristine. It's located in the heart of historic downtown and within walking distance of great shopping and five star dining. I'm not exaggerating... More

My husband brought me here in September 2014 when we were road tripping through OR and I have to say this was the best stop of our trip. As the weather is getting warmer, I'm reminded of the wonderful trip we had and staying at the Inn at the 5th was the highlight. The room was so comfortable and quiet,... More

This hotel is awesome, I'm a really picky traveler, a bit of a hotel snob and inn at 5th exceeded my expectations. The staff is excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. Can't beat the location...gotta grab a bite in the international cafe, right next door. If you are ever in Eugene you must stay here, it's the best!

I really wanted to love this place and I almost did but a few things made our stay very disappointing. I don't mind paying extra for a nicer place and at first this place seemed to fit the bill. Super friendly and helpful staff, proximity card readers so no fumbling trying to get the card in the slot, very nice... More

Dear Jim B - I was disheartened to hear your experience. We enjoy the opportunity to upgrade our guests and have them experience the best of our hotel and area. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations and that your sleep was not sound. I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to correspond with you directly. Please feel... More

Eugene really needed this level of hotel, I believe it is 4 star. We enjoyed our stay. We were given two very nice glasses of wine at check in, which was a wonderful and satisfying surprise. The beds were fine, the room size was good, nice furnishings, extremely friendly staff (which I'm not always up for, but some love this),... More

We've stayed here twice when seeing shows at The Hult Center which is just a couple of blocks away. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Marche Restaurant is just a few steps away and the food is consistently excellent. We love their fried oysters but everything else is great too. I'm not much of a... More

We were in town for one night and chose Inn at the 5th for its downtown location. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the concert hall. The customer service was top notch, right down to the complimentary glass of wine at check in. The room was a good size and the two queen beds comfortable. The gas fireplace... More

Dear Finest14, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad that you enjoyed our Inn, the team and the market experience. We love sharing Oregon Wines with our guests. I am glad you enjoyed a glass with our compliments at check in. I too enjoy our Inn. We are fortunate to work in a great place with tremendous people!... More

This is the second time we have stayed at this great hotel in Eugene. We like to attend shows at Hult Center and this hotel is only a couple of blocks walk. The rooms are impeccable and the service is discreet while being excellent. The Restaurant, Marche is great, try the fired oysters served in either the bar or the... More

Stayed for two nights on business and found this hotel to be very comfortable. Positives: friendly staff, nice rooms, quiet. Negatives: charge for valet parking, no restaurant on site (but nice choices within walking distance). Room had a small balcony which was nice! Also, had plenty of room. Would definitely stay again.

We booked the Grand Terrace Spa room for New Years and it did not disappoint. The prices are a little steep but that is to be expected from the nicest hotel in Eugene. The rooms are modern and cozy. The whirlpool tub is to die for and the rain shower in the suite was AMAZING. The location is prime because... More
