For a university town, Eugene has always had a deficiency of a luxury hotel property. This one gets as close and is vastly superior to any of the other tried and true hotels in Eugene. The rooms are large, modern with a nice shower and interesting carved furniture. The bed is very good but needs fitted sheet to make it... More

The accommodations at this place are at a refined level and the young, attractive staff is eager to please. We had the breakfast + parking deal, which consisted of free parking ($15 otherwise) and a $30 voucher which we used for a delicious dinner at Marche rather than for breakfast.

I went to school in Eugene over 20 years ago, and the nicest hotel was the Valley River Inn which even then was HORRIBLE. My partner and I are on a road trip from Portland to San Francisco and decided to try this hotel. Immediately upon entering staff was great, bellman was helpful, valet great, room is lovely, modern yet... More

We really loved this hotel! Only 4 floors and very clean! It is fairly new, almost 2 years, but looks like it opened yesterday! All of the employees were very kind and helpful! We would definitely come back! The weather was warm, but we liked that! We drove over to the coast, the weather was 30 degrees cooler, but the... More

One of the best hotels, if not the best, that I've stayed in and I travel a good bit. Every aspect is well designed and elegant. Perfect beds. Unique designs in each room.. If you happen to be in the Eugene area, treat yourself and stay here!

I stayed for three nights and greatly enjoyed it. Staff on arrival was very helpful indeed. I had arrived early around 11am and they went out of their way to make sure I got a room right away and they also advised me on places to go to. The rooms are nice and the place well organized. The hotel had... More

This is my second time staying here and I love it. We are attached to a small shopping center with a few wonderful restaurants attached and then there's many restaurants that are really good within walking distance. The stay couldn't be nicer and the rooms are clean and large. One of my favorite things is they have complimentary shuttle service... More

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel two adults and two kids, and we were very very impressed with the design and layout of the entire hotel, especially the rooms. I would go so far as to say I have never stayed in a hotel that was better designed and more well-thought-out than this.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The hotel was well appointed, very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk to multiple good restaurants and bars. The only reason I did not give the hotel 5 stars was because it is located right next to an active railroad. That said, I would... More

This is a first rate hotel and we found it extremely comfortable. Service was excellent. Our room hall all the creature comforts and extras that one would expect in a good hotel. The arrangement of front and rear elevators was slightly odd but not a problem. My only real "complaint" was that one of the fixed walls of the shower... More
