For $40 it's good.. the bathrooms are updated and nice, however for a non smoking room it wrecked of smoke and marijuana. The towels were stained and the bed was very uncomfortable. But what do you expect for this price? Great location! I couldn't tell if the staff was rude or sarcastic but all in all it's worth it for...
