I've stayed here before on business and have stayed at Hampton Inns frequently as I am a diamond member of Hilton HHonors program. I think this place is cutting corners to save money. This is the coldest hotel I've ever stayed at. The lobby and halls were frigid. Outside temperature was in the twenties and my room heat was turned... More

We liked everything about the hotel except for the breakfast selections that were offered. Would prefer more healthy options. A staff member recommended an excellent place to dine (Koho Bistro). One of the best fine dining experiences with very moderate prices that we have ever enjoyed.

Very nice place to stay in Eugene. Close to everything. Staff was nice, room very comfortable if you like firm beds. TV could have been bigger. Overall, a good experience. But don't order Abby's pizza delivery...it was not very good.

Booked this hotel an Expedia for parents weekend. Due to a death in the family, tried to cancel 4 days in advance which was outside the 14 day cancel policy. I understand these "rules" exist on football weekends, but was also told by a young staffer that the hotel had a long waiting list for people hoping to get rooms.... More

Dear Sir, I do apologize for your experience you stated you have had. When guests book through a 3rd party such as expedia, we have no control over refunds, cancellations, or there booking policies or fees. many times the reservations booked through a 3rd party reservation site are non refundable, and you accept those policies upon booking. I loved everything about the hotel room, the lobby, the free breakfast (very plentiful with many options), complimentary Wi-Fi, very comfortable beds and bedding. My only complaint was the location. It's a solid 15 minute drive to downtown and the University and on a highway with nothing around to walk to.

You are greeted by fresh baked cookies when you arrive in the afternoon. They actually taste really good. I knew that was a sign of good things to come. The place was clean and staff was friendly. They won't give you the evil eye for going back for more cookies so help yourself! I would have added a star but... More

All things considered my wife and I had a fairly nice stay. I meant to get two beds instead of one so we slept together. My concerns about that is I am a restless sleeper whereas my wife is a light sleeper. The bet turned out to be firm enough for her to have a quiet sleep in spite of... More

My wife and eight of her family members stayed here in a total of three rooms. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Reception was awesome, the beds-as usual, were great. The breakfast, while not substantial, was adequate. The coffee was good. They give free bottled waters to Hilton Gold members. There is an indoor pool that we didn't use. There is a... More

We stayed at this hotel on a drive from California to Washington. Room was clean and nice as any other Hampton Inn. Free breakfast, etc. Front desk people were nice and helpful, tolerant of my active son. Overall, nice hotel. Location was a bit weird but we found it okay.

DATE OF STAY 09/02/14 On our way to Crater Lake form the Oregon Coast we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Eugene, Oregon. This hotel is on a busy road but set back from the road so there seem to be little road noise. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, it looked like it was recently updated or fairly... More
