This may very well be one of the best Residence Inns I have ever visited. The property and rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated. The fold-out sofa used by our teenager was in good shape. The front desk and breakfast staff were outstanding. The property is across the street from the bike/walk/run path along the river, steps away from “Pre’s... More

We are travelling around the USA for one month and we stayed in Eugene to do the Sea Lion Caves in Florence. Upon arriving the young lady at the front desk was very friendly (apologies for not getting her name) and extremely helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was very clean and tidy (one thing I look for... More

I came out to Eugene to help open one of our restaurants. We are in the store 14 hours a day and love to come back and relax. When I went up to my room the first time I was amazed. It was clean and huge! It was like a home away from home. Everybody at the front desk had... More

We're from Eugene but had to move out while water damage restoration was done to our home. What a blessing in disguise! Spent the month of August enjoying "our" pool and patio area, hot tub, walked across the street to the park and the bike path along the river, brought our bikes over and kept them in the bike barn... We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath room with kitchen. Our stay we very comfortable, we were able to have a great visit with a 1 year old great-grandson and granddaughter, with plenty of space and ability to fix food for the little one. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was pretty typical,... More

This property is very comfortable and clean. Some earlier comments indicated differently. The only complaint we had was the spa was being repaired. The pool, however was just fine. We particularly thought the service was terrific at the desk and in the kitchen.. The breakfast was a typical one for Residence Inns. It is next to the river and a... More

Second time staying here and it was great. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. I didn't hear any neighbors or street noise at all. Yes you have to drive into town but I preferred to be outside the downtown area. My wife and I took a nice walk along the river - the path is just across the... More

A standard residence inn. Horrific breakfast. Even just coffee was abysmal. Made it to a nearby starbucks. Location is great if you are going to the game at the local stadium, otherwise you are a drive from everywhere. There is a walking path along the river, but not many walk-to establishments. Room is ho hum. Feels small, multi rooms- living... More

I am a repeat visitor to Marriott properties because the company has consistently provided a pleasant stay at a fair price with great service. Then came the Residence Inn in Eugene, OR early this week. The first room I checked into smelled like some sort of solvent and the furniture was in terrible condition - it was so bad that... More

Our suite was immaculately clean and we rested well. The front desk personnel were very friendly. Breakfast, however, was a let down with ultra dry eggs, tasteless juices and mystery meats. The orange juice resembled watered down orange soda and the passion fruit juice was quite unmemorable. I'd return if management improved the breakfast offerings.
