Had booked thru their website for 2 nights stay with family, they have great indoor pool and delicious breakfast for no cost. Rooms were above average for what I was expecting. Great staff with friendly customer service, Only place I would stay from now on.

I stayed here 1 night recently, and found the staff to be very friendly, but the hotel to be quite lacking. The bed was comfortable, but the rest of the room was pretty worn. The towels in the bathroom were extremely thin, and the walls were not sound proof so I was woken up a few times in the night... More

I use this hotel for work-related stays in Eugene because of price and proximity. It is a very nice hotel--clean, comfortable, updated, well-maintained, good value, staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall I've had very comfortable stays here. However, during my last stay I did discover that despite all the lovely little postings around the hotel about how to help... More

First off, the parking lot is small but it didn't bother me because it was empty, and there is a covered area at the front of the hotel entrance to keep you out of the rain. Next impression was the front lobby, which was very neat & clean. We stayed here the night of Thanksgiving and the following night while... More

This hotel in Eugene has the best value. It is cheap it is good and the staff are helpful and willing even though they should get paid more than they do. In room coffee is the best forcthe money. Rooms are clean and the breakfast in the morning is as good as any other. So for the money, this one... More

The hotel is average at best. We paid almost 200 a night because the town was packed for the U of O game. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just not worth the money. It is close to the university and several restaurants and micro breweries nearby.

The entrance, front desk, and lobby are very odd. I felt like it was some kind of a temporary set up or something. The front desk help sit down below a counter and kind of talk up at you. The desk has their coats and things stacked on them like it's a quick getaway for them. There was a transient-... More

The receptionist was stone cold. couldn't revive her the elevator had yuk on the stainless The breakfast is horrid, and ends at 9 am!!! The doors slam so hard, it feels like a bomb went off next door The next day receptionist was sickened by the smell from the "breakfast area", she had the front doors and the windows open... More

Checked in for one night and as soon as I walked into the room, I noticed a faint odor, like cigarette smoke and body odor. Whatever. Used the bathroom (had been on the road for a while) and saw that the little complimentary bottle of shampoo hotels always have in the bathroom was half empty and the bottle was dirty.... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting friends and family. It was a bit spendier for us (around $80 a night for 2 nights), but we got a clean room with good AC and a king size bed. I'd recommend this place.
