We recently stayed at the Hilton Eugene. I have mixed feelings. I would not stay here again because I am not willing to spend the extra money for just the Hilton name. The problems started on arrival. As a Hilton Honors member we listed as our preference as upper floor away from elevator. We stayed for just one night at the Hilton Eugene. Although very small, the room was clean with modern decor, and the beds were comfortable. Booked a room with Priceline when we got there had to pay for parking $10.00 and internet $10.00 wasn't such a great deal.Room was nice though.I would recommend this hotel if the hidden costs had been listed. more

This is a tired property that needs some revamping. The location is excellent. We enjoyed visiting the fun and lively farmer's market just around the corner and being able to walk to restaurants from the hotel. The room itself is what you likely expect from the Hilton chain - my favorite part was truly good in-room coffee! The night we arrived the check-in clerk was so friendly and welcoming.... more
