This hotel is old, I have to guess it was built in the 70's. It has been updated and the location is good. It is walking distance to Eugene's best restaurant, not the one in the hotel lobby. So for an old hotel with updated rooms the price I find to be very high, and Internet is an additional fee.... more

Got a great deal on priceline and ended up having a great stay.
