Save you money and get a good nights sleep somewhere else. The hotel faces the train tracks in an area with multiple road crossings and the train whistles go off regularly throughout the night. Our extended family was booked there and no one got a good nights sleep.

We were in Eugene looking for student housing. Hilton was a great location, centrally located. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Sierra, one the cocktail waitresses. Great restaurants within walking distance.

The Eugene Hilton was great, especially the hotel service. We were new to the town and all of the recommendations given by the staff were primo, from vineyards to visit to restaurants to try. Great location, too, near the University.

Staying just one night here with the family but as usual Hilton was worth a few extra bucks. Really easy to get into our room, nice clean room with two queen sized beds and everything in perfect condition. Going to the swimming pool now and hoping it's just as nice as the rest if the hotel. Good work Hilton!

Good night's sleep (city view side), super nice staff (housekeeping was wonderful), great location, pro-social fundraising table in lobby (means a lot to us to see business supporting the community). Downsides: no complimentary breakfast bars/fresh fruit in lobby as another reviewer mentioned they'd had, pool was not cleaned enough (we stayed 5 days), pool was a bit gross with a... More

From the free shuttle service to the Eugene Airport, the complimentary fresh fruit and breakfast bars in the lobby, late check out, and airplane ticket printing station our stay here was extremely smooth, easy, and convenient. We'll be coming back whenever we return to Eugene. Also, its walking distance to "Off the Waffle" and "Oregon Electric Company" made it an... More

The location of this Hilton is excellent - it's within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants and coffee shops downtown. The room and bed were very comfortable and I had a nice view of downtown. I thought the earplugs and notecard on the nightstand were a cute touch, urging guests to use earplugs if the train whistle was bothersome. I... More

The Eugene Hilton has it's pros and cons. The staff was very helpful and friendly, no complaints. The location is in the heart of downtown, there's a lot to do within walking distance and the hotel shuttle will take you about anywhere you want to go. The conference facilities, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all good, no complaints. The... More

The Hotel is fine. The room quiet and comfortable. The staff well trained and helpful. Exactly what I would expect of a Hilton hotel. This was my first trip to Eugene and what I particularly appreciated was the the location. Within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants that serve various local beers.
