Don't get tricked by the pictures! Small rooms, smelly rooms and mold in the bathrooms. Walked in and they had a fan plugged in in the hallway to get some air circulation. Breakfast was ok and the most positive thing of our stay.

Walked in and had great service from Ean and Todd at the front desk, the rooms are pretty nice as well and the beds are comfortable! Most of all friendly and great service from the front made this experience great! :)

Quality Inn hotels are generally low to medium priced, and this one was a fair price for time of year. The hotel is older but has been mostly refurbished. We stayed in an upstairs room with vaulted ceiling, which made the smallish room seem a bit bigger. The bed was excellent. Large fridge and microwave are nice. Bathroom average, and... More

Checked in and was pleasantly surprised by the lobby. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and very, very clean. Good room for a decent price and would stay again here.

Carpet was stained and smelly, towels very rough from being washed so much, shower curtain annoying, small shower, took forever for hot water to arrive in shower, and then took 10 seconds for any further temperature adjustments to take effect. Mattress wasn't very comfortable. Path down to swimming pool was "scary". In general, grounds were just not well kept. Breakfast... More

The room was small, smelly, and dingy. It was also terribly dirty, ranging from pieces of dried mud all over the floor to the unclean bathroom. Interestingly, the soap dish was held to the wall with electrical tape. My advice - don't stay here.

We go to Eugene, OR every year in April, and have stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites twice now. Our room this time was quite large, but was located just off the parking lot closest to the highway, so we heard traffic noise all night. The walls are quite thin and it sounded like the people above us were... More

We had reserved and prepaid two rooms (same specs and price for each), one for us and one for guests that were travelling with us. Upon arrival we were registered into two rooms. When we got there we noticed that our guests were checked into a room considerably larger than ours. Moreover our room had the most soiled carpeting I... More

Things have really gone downhill at this once attractive property. The restaurant has declined and the rooms weren't as clean as they could be. I'm a frequent guest in Eugene but I won't be going back here.

Reserved the room via computer ($75 for one night), pulled in at 10 pm, was directed to a smoking room that reeked (and was too tired to ask to switch). Room was generally fine but just a little dingy -- curtains were beginning to separate from the rod, a lamp didn't work, the bathroom lights were a little underpowered. On... More
