I'm afraid I had a horrible time at the Broken Arrow. The place was run down, the laundry room was dark and dirty, and none of the machines worked. Everything needed spruced up, fresh paint, etc. The main office reeked of cigarette smoke and smoking was not forbidden in the bathrooms and shower houses. So there were butts all over... more
