Arrived on my 20,000 dollar BMW Motorcycle the evening of Oct 3rd looking for a room. Vacancy sign on, three cars in parking lot, open curtains looking into to empty rooms. Before I could even get my helmet off, a very rude lady opened the door and said, " I have nothing available for you". I replied "Seriously" and she... More

Three old guys on motorcycles, very tired in need of a bed.... Was met by a lady saying loudly we don't have any rooms for you...two cars in parking lot and the vacancy light on.... Hope you all do not stay here unless you hate bikers too, then you'll have lots in common with the owners....

Beautiful accommodations, BUT! Our group was really looking forward to staying here for one night as we passed through. Apparently we were welcome as long as we didn't have pets and didn't ride in on dirt bikes. Yes we were as puzzled until we checked in. Do not disregard the numerous signs of what you can and can't do in... More

My friend and I pulled in on motorcycles one night last week and a lady (I assume one of the owners) came out into the parking lot and told us their was no vacancy, even though the sign said vacancy and continued to say vacancy long after we left and there were only a couple of cars in the parking... Three of us on motorcycles pulled in looking for a room. The vacancy sign was on and the lot was almost empty. Before we had more than our helmets off, a woman came out of the office and rudely told us "we have nothing for you" and turned around slamming the door before we had a chance to say a... More

If you're looking for a nice place within driving distance of Crater Lake, this may well be your best bet. Although it's at least a 45 minute drive, the rooms were clean with every amenity we could ask for, given the fairly remote location. The free continental breakfasts were minimal (juice, fresh fruit, granola bars), but there's a great funky... More

I was traveling through and wanted to stay. Saw the "no bikers" sign. I went and spent my money somewhere else. What's next? no black people? No gays? I'm happy I didn't even make it far enough to ask about a room. I fear how the conversation may have gone

I've been staying at this establishment since 1999. It is clean and comfortable. So why 1 star? When we showed up there last week there was a new sign on the door, "NO BIKERS." The owners "allowed" us to stay because we had reservations, but they told us it would be the last time we could stay there when we... More

The rooms were clean and comfortable but the owners are not in the right business. They have no people skills whatsoever and are horrible to deal with. A problem with the facility can be fixed but I don't know how you fix a personality issue.
