People at registration were absolutely kind, direct, good humored and honest; Room was as we remembered it in our previous 2002 stay: perfectly spotless clean (never found anything more comfortable in United States, only in some places in SouthEast Asia), so well appointed, spacious and more comfortable than any road motel (including big fancy named chain hotels). an absolute find!... more

Service was good, check in and out went very smoothly. While it, especially the website, seemed sketchy at first, it turned out to be quite a nice place. I performed the reservation online with no problems. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the place is within walking distance from Oregon State University.
