The person at the desk had a bad attitude. Must not like his job. Other wise had an enjoyable stay. Had dinner at Character's lounge. Alex the bartender was very personable more

Room was large, clean, comfortable, sparsely but tastefully furnished. Staff was polite and responsive. Refrigerator, microwave, free wi-fi included. Restaurant, bar, and pool on-site, but I didn't visit them (room service was temporarily unavailable). Not much else in the way of amenities, but it offered me exactly what I needed. Just what I would expect of a 3-star accomodation. We... more

If this is the best in Coos Bay, get the hell out of this town. This place is pathetic. This place is hideous. The beds are old, the mattresses are old and bumpy. Skip this place and do yourself a favor - go to the next town. more

The room was big but it smelled,The toilet would not shut off and the mini frig would not keep things cold. The restaurant food was GREAT and welled priced. The sports bar was something that looked like a drunk person put together, celing tiles full off holes. and not very inviting. Wold not stay here again at 100 dollors a night. What a... more

The room was huge (one bed, king). This room was large enough to pass as a suite. There were two sinks in the room with two huge counters, one inside the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. The property is old looking but the lobby interior is pretty nice, and the room interior was also very nice, on par with... more

We were only here for one night, but it was a very enjoyable stay. The room was huge, beds were comfortable, it was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing that could have been better would have been a continental breakfast of some kind, even though there was a restaurant at the hotel. more

This one started out rough as we asked to be put in a quiet room, but then got a family of 5 with 3 boys under 10 next door. They were screaming within five minutes and they added the bonus of dooring my new vehicle. Luckily, no damage. We asked for a room change and I raised my voice a... more

I booked the family room,- 2q beds and 1 seperate room with king bed. The room smelled awful, was not clean, the toilet kept running---so I fixed it. Light bulbs were out, the tub had black hairs in it, the floor was dirty. While putting on my makeup the first morning, something dripped on me---it was condensation on the old... more

We booked two rooms through Hotwire and were given a pretty reasonable rate ($90 each room). Unfortunately that is where the deal ended. I had requested through Hotwire, one king bed for one room and two queens for the second room. When we arrived I was told although that information is taken through Hotwire, it is not guaranteed. As we... more

My husband and I stayed in the hotel the night of 1 August. We decided to stay in what we thought was a first-class hotel because we were in town to visit a very ill friend and we wanted a really comfortable place to relax in between visits. From the time we arrived it was one mishap after the other.... more
