This hotel is now known as Medford Hotel Inn & Suites. It reminds very much of Fairfield Inn. We stayed here for one night, hotel is easily located next to highway. There is some gas stations and fast food restaurants next to hotel, so that can make some noise. There is some maintaining done in this hotel and some families... More

It all comes down to: Do you want cheap, or do you want to pay more and get more? The hotel provides a clean room, clean bed, and a warm shower. The basics. I read earlier reviews mentioning that the hotel was under construction. I figured that the construction would be completed by the time of our stay. Nope. Lobby... More

Beds were okay and it seemed safe and I was able to sleep. Everything else was horrible though. The service at the front desk was horrible and the hotel was under repair when I was here (July 2014). The pool was not open at all (indoor pool). Everything smelled like paint and the elevators smelled of chemicals. They said they... More

I have stayed at this place many times before, before the change of ownership. This time (10-4-2014) the room was comfortable as before. However the service was noticeably different. Disappointing! I checked in at the desk, no one there. I rang for service and heard from the breakfast room loud complaining saying "I have to do everything around here, then... More

This hotel is former Marriott, it is still clean and nice but doesnot have Marriott customer service . We stayed 1 night only, refrigerator didnot work- when we asked to give us another one or move us to another room- we got simple answer- NO without apology. We had 3 people- bathroom had 1 towel and 1 shampoo. I asked... More

This hotel is no longer owned by Marriott. It is temporarily called Medford Hotel & Suites. But in July 2014 it was suppose to become a La Quinta pretty sure it has not as there is NO sign anywhere saying La Quinta. My husband travels for work and he and his co workers stayed here for a week. My girlfriend... More

Currently is under renovation. Outside is not pretty, that's okay it's under renovation. Upon entering, entryway is filthy. The woman at the desk was really unprofessional. The rooms are okay. Flat screen TV though definitely not worth the $79 price a night. The sheets and bedspread are wrinkled and gives the appearance of uncleanliness. The bathroom was gross. The floors... More

Our family was traveling so really just needed somewhere to sleep for 6 hours. It is right off the freeway. We had a late check-in (around midnight) front desk was pleasant and helpful. At the time of our stay this hotel was and is currently going under renovations. Once we got to our room the entrance of our room looked... More

We stayed for one night in a suite which was on "manager's special" so only $10 extra. The room was large and nicely decorated, probably recently refurbished? The breakfast area is a bit sterile with styrofoam cups and plates but they had cereals, waffles, eggs and sausage so we were well fed. Considering we payed $86 we were very pleasantly... More

When I booked my room, I booked through an online third party vendor. I called them and was on hold while the third party vendor verified that this hotel DOES NOT allow pets. Upon arrival, I was told that while this hotel was Fairfield they did not, but now that it is under transition to a new owner, LaQuinta they... More
