We loved the Brookside Inn. Susan is a wonderful host - very helpful and the food was fabulous. The location is central to many wineries and restaurants. The first thing that hit us when we walked in was an overwhelming smell of wet dog and kitty litter. The rooms were much smaller than what we expected and you can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms and in the "great room".
