My husband and I stayed at the Garden Suite. It was clean and comfortable. A handy little kitchenette makes it tempting to stay in and relax. There's a private deck out back where you can unwind with a drink and enjoy the weather. It is just across the street from the beach, which is wonderful-- you can open the windows... More

We stayed in the Blue Sky Suite last weekend, and really enjoyed our stay. The suite is clean and comfortable with lots of extra blankets and a fireplaces. There was lots of space for my friend and I, a bedroom with a queen bed and also a futon. The bathroom was clean, lots of fresh towels and the suite even... More

We stayed in the Garden Suite for 3 nights and loved the place. It is the best location and has a small kitchen and separate bedroom. There is a private area for our dog which worked out great. We were referred to this small hotel by friends that stayed before and they were right...it was a great find!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this a negative star rating I would. After a long drive, who doesn't enjoy the smell of mildew, mold, funk and harsh chemicals in an attempt to mask the foul stench?" How about the sight of rotting wood windowsills, cobwebs everywhere, and a couch that has many mysterious dark stains?... More

I did not give this place more than a two dot rating because of the very musty odor in our unit. We had the artist's cottage which is behind the main building and it is pretty dim because of foilage on two sides. Could account for the musty smell....not much sun. This room was priced $75 higher per night for... More

Located one block from the beach and Haystack Rock, this is probably the best location for the price in Cannon Beach. We had a Studio room on the ground floor. It was simply a room with a queen size bed, a tV, apartment size fridge, free wifi, and bath. The owners seem very paranoid about being ripped off by guests.... More

We stayed in the upstairs apt. It's a light-filled two rooms with kitchenette. It's well done and has a nice feel to it. Everything seems new. The linens and towels were clean and soft. The negatives? The deck floor has rotting wood, so watch your step with anything with heels. And, I'm a cleaning lady, so here's some advice to... More

Room #24 is a double with bathroom on the ground floor. At the end of August 2013, it smelled terribly of urine. The Inn allows dogs and my assumption is that the previous guest or guests did not properly train their pets or over taxed their pets' bladders. The smell was overwhelming and unfortunately there was nowhere else to stay... More

When you first book your stay at the Harrison Street Inn, you are informed that the full amount of your stay will be due a week prior to your visit. OK: then once you are paid in full, you find that there is indeed no office, and no maid service either but they give you extra towels. Also if you... More

We stayed here end of April 2013 and it was great. There is no front office or checking in so there is literally no hassle at all. We ever were allowed to check in early! There is free wifi in the place and also at a coffee shop across the street and a great little pub called The Hardware Store... More
