The rooms feel like cozy cabins even though they share walls and are on a main street in Cannon Beach. My single had a full kitchen, wood panelling, raised ceiling with fan, and a huge stone fireplace, plus a four-poster queen bed and small tiled table. In response to the previous reviewer, I stayed during peak season when rates are at their highest and found the Hearthstone to be in line with other pet-friendly inns with the same amenities-- if only they had WiFi. The beach is just over a block away, with shops and restaurants still within walking distance, a big plus. I'll be back in the off-season to take advantage of the lower rates. more
