We usually stay at the Rory and Ryan hotel down the street but decided to try this one. Quite a bit cheaper and basically the same hotel. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, the room was clean and even though we got a "pet room" because we had our dog, you could not tell other pets had... More

This is a pretty basic motel, nothing special to set it apart. Our room was clean, but cramped. The continental breakfast area is terrible, poorly arranged and inadequate seating. We didn't much care for the fact that the garbage truck came to pick up the dumpster near our room at 5 a.m. Next time we need to stay in Burns,... More

Rooms are clean and quiet , and service is friendly . You can spend forty dollars more at either of the Rory and Ryan Inns , but why would you ? This place is every bit as nice . No nasty surprises , which for the business traveler is an absolute must . I stayed at the renovated '39.00' a... More

This hotel has seen better days, though it has some things in its favor: very quiet, a friendly clerk and comfortable beds. If that's all you need, this motel will fit the bill just fine. We were a bit surprised at the price tho - about the same as the Clarion in Ontario! so it wasn't exactly a bargain. one... More

Amenity wise a step above motel 6 and a little below a Super 8 style but clean and comfortable. My main issue was the breakfast area was so small there was not seating, you had to take a tray back to your room. Other than that if you are looking for a good overnight stop in Burns this place fits... More

A pet friendly motel with reasonable prices ($65/night, king-size bed) causes a little higher rating. An outside and hall entrance for first floor rooms; hall entrance and balcony on second floor. Warm pool/hot tub. Offers adequate breakfast, but no hot foods. As with most motels, running water/bath noises carry well. Restaurants located about half mile down the road; the motel... More

Rates are very reasonable. Pets are welcomed in only a few rooms. Rooms are nice and clean. Fixtures are blue which dates the place. Very quiet even though it is on the main road. Second floor rooms have a balcony and are accessible indoors. First floor rooms are accessible from outside or inside.

We had been staying at the Best Western across the street but it was booked when we got to town so we decided to try the America's Best Inn. For a little less, the motel provided a good place to stay. The biggest difference was the breakfast which reminded me of the breakfasts served ten+ years ago when motels first... More

This place was clean and affordable. A little dated with blue bath fixtures but comfortable and quiet even though we were there during the fair. Very friendly front office staff who recommended a good dinner place.

The hotel was a nice respite during our drive from western OR. It's located conveniently along the highway, just outside of Burns downtown. The indoor pool looked tempting, but we didn't have time to try it out. The owner was friendly and helpful. We had a deck on the second floor and enjoyed it briefly (unfortunately other guests were outside... More
